Global Change & the Vatican

By Gary H. Kah

The year 2016 will go down in history as a watershed moment for globalists in their pursuit of a new world order. Britain’s surprise decision to pull out of the EU has shaken up the trending status quo of European unity in “royal” fashion. It appears that none of the global elites saw this coming; or, if they did, they viewed it only as a remote possibility. This definitely messes up their plans. In spite of their heavy-handed political tactics to convince the UK to remain in the EU, the people of Britain have spoken. They are tired of European globalist bureaucrats dictating their every move. They want their sovereignty back!

The question now becomes, how will the one-world elites respond? I believe they will likely do everything in their power – overtly and covertly – to punish and make an example of Britain, lest any other European nations follow England’s lead. Globalists will not allow England’s move toward sovereignty to unravel their one-world plans. This means we can expect Britain’s financial markets and its currency, the pound sterling, to remain unstable for at least the near future. Other pressures will be applied as well – especially in the areas of international trade and national security/defense. One also cannot rule out acts of Islamic terror, or protests and contrived social uprisings financed by the likes of George Soros – anything to destabilize and threaten Britain’s well-being.

A majority of Brits celebrate Brexit while others express outrage

Can the people of England stomach such punishment? And, what if Scotland removes itself from the United Kingdom, choosing instead to partner with the European Union? I believe the Brits will be better off in the long run if they hold firm in their position of independence from the EU. However, if only 2 percent of the populace buckles under the pressure, a second referendum within the next year or so could reverse Britain’s decision to withdraw from the EU.

We must understand, the European Union is the economic/political entity after which the Bilderbergers and the Club of Rome intend to model their new world order. If the EU ends up in shambles, it could potentially set back by decades their dreams of a one-world government built on regional political arrangements. They will fight hard to prevent this from happening.

Impact on the US

With the Republican and Democratic conventions slated to convene this month in the United States, it will be interesting to see what impact Britain’s decision will have on American politics. Britain’s move toward sovereignty could have the effect of emboldening US citizens to do the same. If Donald Trump plays his cards right, he could gain a few percentage points – if he refrains from foolish, unprovoked comments long enough to benefit from this momentum.

As for Hillary Clinton, she is squarely in the one-world/new age camp. She is the darling of global insiders. Yet, she could lose some ground if the sovereignty movement continues to gain momentum here at home. Hillary could lose additional support if the public’s notion of her integrity is further damaged in an overwhelmingly embarrassing way; it could give Trump a fighting chance in November. However, having received the FBI’s clearance, the odds now seem to be in her favor.

Another possibility in all of this: If US citizens get cold feet from witnessing the punishment inflicted upon Britain, Hillary could actually be the one to benefit from this unfolding situation. They could become fearful at the thought of an isolated America hated by the rest of the world and ostracized by powerful global forces.

Vatican Involvement

Meanwhile, these same forces are hard at work setting the stage in the volatile Middle East. In time, they will introduce their “solution” for world peace – a new global order led by their supreme commander (identified in Scripture as the Antichrist). At the center of this effort – as well as the push for European unity – is the Church of Rome.

The Vatican actually has a long history of quietly working toward globalization and unification of the world’s religions. However, during our generation, Vatican II (which convened in the 1960s) became the springboard for propelling the one-world agenda forward in a more overt fashion. Then, in 1986, John Paul II openly launched the Vatican’s interfaith pursuits at a much publicized meeting in Assisi, Italy. More than 200 leaders representing the world’s religions turned out for this historic event, organized by the Pope to celebrate religious unity.

The next major milestone came on November 4 and 5 of the year 2000. John Paul II held a meeting in Rome to which he invited more than 5,000 global political figures; most of them were members of parliaments from the various nations of the world. This gathering was unofficially, but very appropriately dubbed – a convening of “the World’s Parliament.” The purpose of this assembly was to expedite the globalization process politically.

Just prior to this first-of-its-kind meeting, the Pope had met with the leaders of the EU to discuss the furtherance of European unity. John Paul, in fact, did more to publicly promote global religious and political unity than any other previous pope. As a result, he was noticeably adored by the international establishment, from the United Nations to the Club of Rome. The secular media swooned over him.

When John Paul passed in 2005, he was replaced by the less popular Benedict. Benedict shared most of John Paul’s views but made the mistake of speaking out on Islam, leading to sharp debate among the cardinals. Before he knew it, he had been abruptly replaced by his most outspoken opponent, Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio – the Jesuit from Argentina.

Pope Francis

It would not be inaccurate to call this Jesuit (Pope Francis) the “Vicar of the New World Order.” Since becoming the leader of the Roman Catholic Church in March of 2013, he has moved quickly and decisively to facilitate globalization in every possible way. This pope intentionally promotes socialism, while regularly criticizing capitalism and free enterprise. He is a strong advocate for European and global unity, the climate change agenda, as well as interfaithism; while calling for the strengthening of international institutions (such as the United Nations) created to achieve a one-world socialist order. Whether it is in the area of economics, politics or religion, Pope Francis is fully on board. He is a globalist in every sense of the word.

Francis – The “People’s Pope”

When it comes to relations with Islam, Francis has taken center stage. Like his political accomplice Barack Obama, he consistently caters to and speaks kindly of the Islamic religion, while taking well-timed jabs at evangelical Christians.

Francis has a steady stream of Islamic leaders who visit him in Rome. Most recently he invited the grand imam of Cairo’s Al-Azhar Mosque to Vatican City for a private audience. This imam, Ahmed al-Tayeb, is considered to be the highest authority in Sunni Islam.1 At the end of this historic meeting, which took place on May 23, it was announced that the two sides had agreed to convene a “peace conference.”2 More on these pursuits later.

Within the past year, Francis has made some other provocative moves, even suggesting that Muslim migrants should mingle with Europeans to counter declining birth rates. He stated, “This integration is all the more necessary today since as a result of a selfish search for well-being, Europe is experiencing the grave problem of a declining birth rate…A demographic emptiness is developing.”3 The Pope’s remarks and opinions on this matter are strangely similar to those of the outspoken Sheikh Muhammad Ayed, who’s been calling on Muslims to exploit the migrant crisis to breed with Europeans and “conquer their countries.” Specifically, Ayed declared:

Europe has become old and decrepit and needs human reinforcement…they are not motivated by compassion for the Levant, its people and its refugees…soon, we will trample them underfoot, Allah willing…Throughout Europe, all the hearts are enthused with hatred toward Muslims. They wish that we were dead, but they have lost their fertility, so they look for fertility in our midst. We will give them fertility! We will breed children with them, because we shall conquer their countries!4

While Francis has seized every opportunity to present Islam in a favorable light, he has done little to pressure Islamic regimes to free Christian prisoners being held captive because of their faith. Here is just one example. Asia Noreen Bibi, a Pakistani mother of five children, has been sentenced to death by hanging. Her crime? She used the same water glass as her Muslim co-workers. The Muslim women told her, “You defiled our water…Convert to Islam to redeem yourself from your filthy religion.” After taking a deep breath, Asia replied: “I will not convert. I believe in my religion and Jesus Christ. And why should I be the one to convert and not you?”5

On November 8, 2010, Asia Noreen Bibi, under Article 295 of the Pakistani Code, was sentenced to death. The crowd of on-lookers cheered the verdict. Fortunately her execution has not yet been carried out; however she has now been in jail for more than 2,500 days (nearly 7 years).6  Pope Francis, unlike Benedict who publicly called for her release, has stood silent. His American cohort, Barack Obama, has likewise not said a word about Asia Bibi, nor about the persecution of Christians in general. Both of these men have rejected biblical Christianity and are engaged in spiritual intercourse with Islam.

The Arab Peace Initiative

From the moment he took office, Pope Francis has pushed a two-state Mideast peace plan that would force Israel to hand over most of its strategic land – necessary for Israel’s defense during a war – to the Palestinian Authority. Backing him in this pursuit, predictably, is the Obama Administration, along with the United Nations, the EU, the Arab States, prominent Islamic figures such as Ahmed al-Tayeb, and the global elites who are supporting the one-world agenda. Everyone from Tony Blair to John Kerry and Hillary Clinton have traveled through Rome on their way to, or from, the Middle East to discuss the progress of this proposed plan.

“The Plan” is modeled after a Saudi-inspired peace initiative adopted by the Arab summit in Beirut in 2002. It contains seven points which lay out the details of the two-state solution. The following are a few excerpts:

Having listened to the statement made by his royal highness Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, crown prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in which his highness presented his initiative calling for full Israeli withdrawal from all the Arab territories occupied since June 1967, in implementation of Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338, reaffirmed by the Madrid Conference of 1991 and the land-for-peace principle, and Israel’s acceptance of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, in return for the establishment of normal relations in the context of a comprehensive peace with Israel,

Emanating from the conviction of the Arab countries that a military solution to the conflict will not achieve peace or provide security for the parties, the council:

  1. Requests Israel to reconsider its policies and declare that a just peace is its strategic option as well.
  1. Further calls upon Israel to affirm:

I – Full Israeli withdrawal from all the territories occupied since 1967, including the Syrian Golan Heights, to the June 4, 1967 lines as well as the remaining occupied Lebanese territories in the south of Lebanon.

II – Achievement of a just solution to the Palestinian refugee problem to be agreed upon in accordance with U.N. General Assembly Resolution 194.

III – The acceptance of the establishment of a sovereign independent Palestinian state on the Palestinian territories occupied since June 4, 1967 in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

7.   Requests the chairman of the summit to form a special committee composed of some of its concerned member states and the secretary general of the League of Arab States to pursue the necessary contacts to gain support for this initiative at all levels, particularly from the United Nations, the Security Council, the United States of America, the Russian Federation, the Muslim states and the European Union.7

Over the course of the last few months as Pope Francis, Arab Muslim leaders and the various world powers have strongly pushed this two-state plan, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu  has shown signs of buckling under the pressure. He’s been saying very positive things about his neighboring Sunni Arab states. And, when Egypt’s president reached out to Netanyahu, offering to mediate a reconciliation between rival Palestinian factions to pave the way toward an accord with Israel – modeled after the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative – Netanyahu responded favorably.8 Speaking to reporters he stated:

I welcome Egyptian President El-Sisi’s remarks and his willingness to make every effort to advance a future of peace and security between us and the Palestinians and the peoples of the region…Israel is ready to participate with Egypt and other Arab states in advancing both the diplomatic process and stability in the region. I appreciate President El-Sisi’s work and also draw encouragement from his leadership on this important issue.9

Israel’s PM Netanyahu & Egypt’s President El-Sisi

Are Netanyahu’s comments merely an attempt to appear less hard-nosed before the international press, or is he seriously considering this plan? With virtually the entire world siding against Israel, will he cave in or will he stand firm? No one knows. Only time will tell.

Either way, there will be consequences. The Jewish people are frustrated and tired of the constant threat of terrorism. After their recent experiences with the Palestinians, especially those in Gaza – a majority of whom have unwaveringly supported Hamas and their attempts to destroy Israel – a growing number of Israelis realize it would be incredibly foolish to give over land for peace when in fact the Palestinian movement doesn’t truly want peace, but rather seeks Israel’s annihilation. As mentioned, Israel needs whatever space it has in order to successfully defend itself if attacked. The nation would lose its strategic advantage in a military conflict if it were to relinquish more land. Therefore, Netanyahu could face tremendous opposition from within his own Likud Party and from a sizeable number of Jewish citizens, if he caves to international pressure for a two-state agreement.

On the other hand, if he defies the demands of the global establishment which are built upon a Vatican-endorsed peace plan, there are bound to be fireworks. Pope Francis and his cohorts would bring the full force of their international influence against Israel and especially Netanyahu’s administration. They would attempt to topple his coalition government. They might even instigate a broader Mideast conflict, as peace plans are always easier to achieve in the aftermath of war. An expanded war with ISIS, Syria and perhaps Iran, drawing in most of the Middle East, could accomplish this goal. Also, Russia could be involved and is likely to remain a factor in whatever happens in the region, whether through war or peace, as Putin continues to be a powerful player behind the scenes.

To the Christians of the world I would say – Pray for Prime Minister Netanyahu and those in his inner circle to make wise decisions.

The Jesuit Order

The growing influence and popularity of Pope Francis throughout the world, I believe, is due in large measure to the pressure that his Jesuit order is applying behind the scenes through their representatives in the diplomatic community and the international media. They are a formidable force, and they stand behind their man – the first Jesuit pope in Roman Catholic history.

The Jesuit order, officially known as the Society of Jesus, was founded by Ignatius Loyola in the 1500’s to counter the rapidly spreading Protestant Reformation movement. With a sworn loyalty to the Pope, the Jesuits would use education, propaganda and military tactics whenever necessary to further Rome’s strategic goals, which included a world order headed by “The Church.” Their network of influence is extensive and international in scope. The Jesuit order is widely regarded as “the eyes and ears” of the Pope. For this reason it is sometimes referred to as the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) of the Vatican. In my opinion, it is quite possibly the most influential and determined religious society in the world. I wrote extensively on this subject in chapter 9 of my book The New World Religion.

Pope Francis has a definite agenda for achieving a global socialist-based political and religious order, using the influence of his Jesuits and the Roman Catholic Church to do so. The fact is, a new world order cannot be realized without the Roman Catholic Church being on board. With over one billion followers, it is too large and powerful of an institution to leave out of the equation. If there is going to be a one-world economic, political and religious system, it will of necessity have to include the Catholic Church. Therefore, at the very least, the Vatican will endorse the new order and its accompanying Mideast peace plan.

During the 1990s, some Catholic friends contended that the Vatican would indeed help to usher in a one-world order, but that it would not happen for a couple more decades. After John Paul II, they predicted, there would be another pope who would remain in power for a period of time. Then, he would be replaced by one who would be the last pope and who would bring in the new global order. They based their belief on an ancient Catholic prophecy that supposedly listed the total number of popes that there would be, leading up to the final pope and the end of the current age. Some of these same individuals believed that the final pope would be a Jesuit.

Is this just a strange coincidence, or is there really something to this? Regardless of what the case might be, the most important thing we need to consider is what the Bible has to say about the end-times. Its prophecies are always accurate; never wrong. When I look at the current deteriorating world situation, including the instability in the Mideast, the international hatred for Israel, and the race toward an immoral/debased society that is rejecting God, I can see the final prophecies of Scripture lining up to be fulfilled in the not-too-distant future. Only God knows precisely how and when everything will unfold. But, we are clearly witnessing the biblical signs of the times.

Are you ready for whatever happens? Do you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, please trust in Him and commit your life to Him today.  ■
