Last month I had the privilege of doing a Roundtable event in California with Pastors Brandon Holthaus and Tom Hughes. The Roundtable covered a lot of ground on important topics. The main discussion was two hours long; it was followed by a 30-minute Q & A session with audience participation. The following excerpts from that May 12th meeting are taken from the Q & A time and have been edited for clarity. The entire podcast has been posted on YouTube. We encourage you to watch it and then forward the link to family, friends, and others in your sphere of influence as the Lord directs. Brandon: Let’s see if you guys have anything you want to ask Gary. There’s a question up here.
Audience Question: I just wanted to ask what you think about the alien disclosure and what it’s going to do about the world coming together?
Gary: That’s the million dollar question. I’ve heard conversations about this way back when I was working for the government of Indiana… One of the things that came up even way back then was this talk about aliens. And I remember a colleague of mine saying, “You know, you could see how one day there’s some kind of big threat in the world. And wouldn’t that [an alien encounter] unite humanity more than anything else?…uniting the people of the world against a common enemy?” That’s one possibility. There are multiple possibilities, but that’s one of them. This was way back in like 1983 when this was brought up. And I thought, yeah, I could see how that could happen.
Another possibility is where the world is on edge and it appears like we’re going to destroy ourselves; we’re in World War III and all of a sudden some extraterrestrial event takes place and a being communicates with certain of our leaders. They allege that they have answers to our problems and they’re wiser because they’ve been around longer than we have. They’re “more highly evolved” than we are. We’ve evolved and they put us here, but they’re even more evolved because they’ve been around much longer. Therefore, they know what’s best for us. So, they’re intervening in the affairs of mankind to help establish world peace. That’s another possibility.
There are all kinds of different scenarios where you could see how such a deception could be used. I personally believe that there are extraterrestrial events, sightings, but I don’t believe they’re extraterrestrial in the way that the world means extraterrestrial. I believe that some of what’s being seen are demonic manifestations because they’re moving in and out [of the physical realm – something only spirits can do]. You can’t explain how something can go this way and then be going that way and just disappear and vanish. So, I think the stage is being set for a huge Satanic deception.
Occasionally when I can get myself up for it, I will watch an episode of Skinwalker Ranch on the History Channel. I can’t do it each week. You really need to be prayed up spiritually, but if I feel led by the Lord, “Okay, tonight, watch this because there’s going to be something on that will tip you off to the direction that they’re going in with all of this” [then I’ll watch it]. In one of the first episodes I remember seeing one of the men on there, who seemed to be a little more discerning spiritually than some of the others, actually pray in the name of Jesus beforehand because he felt he was dealing with something spiritual [dark forces].
These “shape shifters” that seem to appear in one way, and then in another, in this documentary series, I believe, are spirit beings. And so the research team is dabbling. They’re playing with fire on Skinwalker Ranch. I mean, yeah, they’re doing scientific experiments, but some of the stuff they’re doing is literally invoking these spiritual entities to come through. And of course, as a whole, the people involved in that program don’t see them as spiritual entities. They have bought into the idea that these are extraterrestrials. These are phenomena from other worlds.
They can’t be humans. They’re too advanced to do what they’re doing. So then the logical reasoning in their minds as evolutionists and secular humanists is that these beings come from other realms and they’re getting ready to communicate with mankind in a major way, ready to send a message. That’s why we’re seeing more and more of them. But think about it. In the humanist mind, it makes sense. If we all evolved here on this earth, then who’s to say there isn’t life somewhere else in the universe that’s more highly evolved than we are, that can communicate to us in ways that we cannot yet understand?
Alice Bailey talked some about that. Now, in her mind, as a New Ager and someone involved in occult/eastern spirituality, her argument would go something like this: These beings are simply more highly evolved human beings who once walked the earth, but because of the reincarnations they’ve gone through, they are now so highly evolved that they can communicate with us in ways that we can’t fully get. And that would have been her thinking on Djwhal Khul – the Tibetan master – her spirit guide.
But if you’re an atheist and you live in the former Soviet Union and you’ve dabbled with self-hypnosis and put yourself in a trance, and all of a sudden one day you have this experience where a being approaches you and it’s very real, what would your explanation be for the existence of this being? Well, you don’t believe in a spirit realm. So then it has to be a more highly evolved being, an extraterrestrial from another world, right? That’s what you’re going to believe.
If you come from a Catholic background and you’ve dabbled in the occult, either wittingly or unwittingly, and suddenly one day you have an experience where a being appears to you, you’re probably going to believe that it’s one of the Saints that you’ve been praying to or even perhaps Mary herself.
And if you come from a Protestant background and have one of these experiences because you’ve dabbled with Silva Mind Control or tantric yoga or any of a number of methods that can be used to achieve an altered state of consciousness, and all of a sudden you have one of these experiences…What would you more than likely believe in that circumstance? You would think, “Okay, this is an angel.”
I’ll never forget a lady who I met at a bookstore in Denver. She said that she had a friend there in Colorado who went to a seminar which taught her how to regularly communicate with angels, and that this was something that God wanted for all of us; and all you had to do was put yourself into a trance…and long story short, her friend now had three “angels” that visited her on a regular basis. One gave her advice regarding finances. Another one was her advisor regarding her love life. And the third one advised her in another area. And she would go into an altered state and conjure up one of these spirits [if she needed advice]. They would come through and talk to her. Three different ones. And they even had names. She told me their names, and she wanted to know what I thought about this. I said, “Well, this is demonic activity.” You’re looking at beings from the demonic realm that are being given a license to come through and communicate with this person because she has opened up the door by going into an altered state of consciousness, which is one of the ways you can open yourself and invite the demonic realm to come in.
The other major two [ways to open this gateway] would be through outright Satan worship or through ritual magic – things like tarot cards, seances, crystal ball gazing, all those kinds of things. They open you up as well. So, Satan doesn’t care how you get distracted and go down the wrong path, as long as he can grab you; whatever works, you know, and that’s why Jesus said, “the narrow way, it’s straight and it’s narrow and few find it.” Years ago, being on the narrow path was a good thing. Now everybody it seems wants to be on the broad path, and that’s one of the big problems we face in our society.
Brandon: Question right there.
Audience Question: Agenda 2030. They talk a lot about the food, you know, trying to control the food of the world. It sounds like a lot of manipulation. So, I was wondering if you had heard anything about that.
Gary: Not enough to do a deep dive. I will tell you this, we are vulnerable in this area. In the area of beef, for example, you have four meat processors, very large ones that process over 80% of our country’s beef. And it’s not much different in the area of chicken production; the Chinese have gotten their hands into some of those companies as well.
It’s even bigger than that. There’s one thing we haven’t touched on yet that’s important and ties in with this. In 2024, September 22nd and 23rd, the UN had a Summit on the Future, and out of that meeting came a “Pact for the Future,” and it got ratified within like five minutes. It was pretty much predetermined. It went so fast, and that’s one reason why it got virtually no coverage. It was over and done before people knew it. That pact gave the UN Secretary General emergency powers in an international crisis that are mind-boggling. It’s done, and his emergency powers can be invoked during a health crisis which could come about through food, or a pandemic type of situation, or an economic crisis – a collapse of some sort. There were five or six different things listed [that could justify a UN declared global emergency]. One of them was a crisis involving a threat from outer space. I kid you not. That was actually part of it. It was listed. And so almost any type of situation that can be deemed a crisis could kick all of this [emergency powers] into effect.
Depending on who our president is at such a time would determine more or less whether our country would go along with this or not. I believe most of the countries in the world would go along with it if a mandate came down through the UN. So now all we need is one major world crisis. One of the other emergency possibilities mentioned was due to war, you know, some type of terrible event as a result of a war. So, he [UN Secretary General] could declare an international crisis and the countries would submit their power to the UN or begin taking directions from the UN. And if we have a US president who’s willing at such a time, theoretically he could hand US sovereignty over to the UN on a silver platter in such a crisis situation. So anyway, that was all approved on September 22nd or 23rd. It was a two-day meeting, but the pact was approved in a moment in time, in less than 5 minutes.
Food is important. Yeah. If we have enough room to grow our own food, it might not be a bad idea. Who knows what the powers that be could try to do through the food chain. I mean, you don’t want to make people paranoid. I still like McDonald’s, I have to admit. I just had a cheeseburger yesterday and I like their iced coffee; but you know, if you’re eating too much food that’s been processed and all the stuff that’s going into it…So, yeah, if you can buy more natural food and grow some of your own, that would not hurt, for sure.
Audience Question: I was wondering, the Illuminati, is that like another, like a smaller sect coming out of Freemasonry? And a second question…Does the disappearing of scientists play into aliens? And, third, what do you know about MK-Ultra?
Gary: So, your first question regarding the Illuminati. The Illuminati as an organization existed for only about 10 years. It was founded on May 1st, 1776 and lasted into the 1780s. It was birthed in Bavaria, Germany by Adam Weishaupt who was a Jesuit priest and also a Freemason; and there’s a close connection with the Grand Orient Lodge of Freemasonry out of France. So when the Illuminati was exposed, their secret agenda just continued through another organization. So the [operation] pretty much went back into the Grand Orient Lodge of France which is where the main power base was at the time.
The Illuminati got its name from people who have been “illuminated” into the secret teachings of Lucifer, who is the light bearer in their thinking – the god of light – and so it was little more than illuminized Freemasonry as I call it, and that still exists today. So technically it’s not the Illuminati organization anymore as it officially existed for those 10 years. But [the globalist] agenda continued to move forward through illuminized Freemasonry and various secret societies that have been “enlightened” into the secret teachings of Lucifer. So I hope that helps some. That’s the short version.
And then your other question was about these disappearances [or deaths of scientists]. It is a bit hard to believe that they have all been mere coincidences. I don’t want to jump to conclusions and say it’s not possible that a few of those people died closely together just because of health reasons. But it seems to be more than that. There is a very dark component to all of this. Have you heard of Philip Haney?
Brandon: He used to be a member of our church. Philip was a good friend of ours. Philip was a friend.
Gary: Yeah. I met with him in Buffalo, New York at a meeting for three days, on and off over three days, and he was a great guy, a solid Christian, brilliant mind. He knew Arabic fluently and he was one of the people at the forefront of watching out for [tracking] potential terror cells in our country. [Philip was a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security.] Anyway, he knew a lot, and knew about some things that were being kept from the public in that area, and they got him. [He was assassinated on February 21, 2020.]
The last thing he told me before we parted…After I gave him a copy of my book and he gave me a copy of his book [See Something, Say Nothing]… We were standing in the driveway getting ready to head out; we were the last ones to leave. And he said, “If anything were to happen to me and I suddenly die, do not believe for a moment that it was a suicide, that I took my own life.” He actually told me that. Then a year or two later, I was watching Fox News one evening, and across the bottom of the screen it mentioned that Philip Haney had just been killed. And at the time, it kind of looked like it might be a suicide. That narrative was floated for a while, but I knew there’s no way that it was [a suicide]. Phil was working on a second book. Plus, after taking care of his wife for years who had cancer, she died, and a year or so later, he had a new lady in his life and was looking forward to getting married. Somebody who’s looking forward to getting married and a new book coming out, doesn’t go out and kill themselves; there’s no way.
So, you have to be careful with these kinds of things [involving national security matters]. If many people die close together, there’s probably something to it…I think we’ll probably find out in due time…we’ll learn more about it.
Regarding your third question, MK-Ultra was a program that was [developed and] used by US Intelligence [between 1953 and 1973, and probably beyond]. Similar programs were underway in Russia at the time. It involved a form of mind control through putting people into hypnotic states and then downloading information into their subconscience. If a person is in a hypnotic trance, they are very vulnerable…A person could be programmed through hypnosis; then they could be put in a trance again in the future, and that information could be called out of them [retrieved]. The only personal story I have to share with you on that involves my wife’s niece.
She was in a small town in Indiana, pretty conservative small town. And the principal [of the high school in that town] not knowing better, brought in a hypnotist one day to do a demonstration for the Juniors – the Junior class in that high school – thinking it would be fun. And so, picture all these kids sitting out there in the auditorium, and the hypnotist asks for a few volunteers, and so five to ten of them come up to the platform. He asks them certain questions, and then some of them, he dismisses. Others he leaves up there because apparently he must have felt he could hypnotize certain ones easier than others.
And so then he proceeds to put them into a trance, and one by one, he gives them commands, and they were doing the craziest things. He had one boy convinced that he was a dog, so he was crawling around on the floor on all fours, barking like a dog. And of course the kids, you can picture these 16 and 17 year olds, they were laughing hysterically. They thought this was pretty funny you know. And then he spoke the trigger word, the hypnotist did, and he brought the boy out of the trance; and the kid had no recollection of what he had just been doing. And the hypnotist did various things with these other kids…about five of them.
So a year later, the same hypnotist comes back to the same school and he’s up front in the auditorium, and without any warning, he speaks the trigger word from a year earlier when he had hypnotized those kids. And those kids who are now Seniors (none of them had been in contact with this man during the year in between) the moment he spoke the trigger word, they all slumped over in their seats and went into a trance out in the audience…a whole year later. This really spooked the kids, and a lot of them who were Christians went home and told their parents about what had happened. So the parents had a talking with the principal and said we don’t want this guy here anymore.
Hypnosis is basically occultic, and until the late 1800s it was considered an occult practice; but then it began to get into the universities through the psychology departments and got embraced as a science. So you have well-meaning people today out there hypnotizing people, not realizing they’re helping to open them up to the realm of the occult. Anyway, that was a personal experience that actually happened to my wife’s niece, and the story came directly from her as an eyewitness. I don’t know how much can be programmed into individuals and how long they’ll retain the information, but there is something to this.
MK-Ultra had to do with being able to influence people through mind control. I think various elements of that program – probably even more advanced now that they’ve had time to experiment and perfect these techniques – are still being employed. We’d be naïve to think this isn’t happening, but I don’t know at what level and what scale. It’s impossible to know that.
Brandon: One more question and then we got to wrap things up.
Audience Question: Thank you, Mr. Kah, for being here. I love your books. My question is about the Nephilim. An ex-Navy Seal gave a report of a six-fingered, six-toed giant that special forces encountered in Afghanistan. I want to know if you heard anything about that.
Gary: A few years ago I heard a testimony that came from some soldiers in Afghanistan. A few of them were near Tora Bora, and they went into a cave to try to track down a signal that was coming from this cave that was causing communication issues [disruptions] for the US military. And when they went into that cave, they witnessed something that was utterly demonic. One of them died from severe injuries caused by the being they allegedly encountered. One of the men was from Texas, I believe, and his wife was a fervent believer, and right at that moment when this was happening, she felt that she should pray intensely for her husband. He believed that’s maybe why his life was spared. But anyway, we’re talking about a very dark demonic spiritual phenomenon that took place there. I don’t know all the details of it, but it didn’t seem like a lie when they were sharing this.
So there are areas in the world that Satan likes to claim as his territory, where there’s a stronghold and where there are spirit beings that can physically manifest. For example, New Agers in the higher levels believe that advanced spirit guides (who’ve gone through the most reincarnations) are communicating to them from Tibet telepathically. Also, Nepal or Tibet is where in the high levels of Freemasonry they believe Shambala is located. Shambala [spiritually speaking] is a gateway into the deepest realm of the occult. And once you choose that path, supposedly, there’s no way of coming back. It’s disconcerting to know that we’ve got leaders in the world that are into all this stuff, taking secret oaths and swearing allegiance to go in these directions.
And then we wonder why things are going the way they are in the world. But we shouldn’t be surprised, right? Because the Bible told us it would be this way. Jesus said, recorded in Matthew 24:24, that even the elect would be deceived if that were possible. And that tells me there would be some deceptions probably taking place in the name of Christ, but not being of Christ. We’re seeing that today. People are saying all kinds of things in the name of Christ, but it’s not of the Lord. And so we need to be discerning, and we need to pray every day that the Lord would protect our minds and our spirits – that the Holy Spirit would guide us and direct us, and that we would be faithful to the end.
And I feel this is important yet to say: there’s a big difference, a big difference, between God’s judgment against the unrighteous, and Satan’s persecution of the saints. Many of the early believers, and 11 of the disciples, died a martyr’s death; and they were the ones who were closest to Jesus. Throughout history, oftentimes those who are the very closest to the Lord experience the greatest persecution. And Jesus referred to this in John 15. He basically said, “How do you think you won’t be persecuted? When I’m the master and I’m being persecuted; how much more so will you be persecuted?”
I say this because we’re getting close to persecution of Christians beginning in a significant way in our country. We’re already seeing it against Jews and it’s starting to happen against Christians. And I don’t want people to think that this somehow is God’s judgment. It’s not. God judges the evil ones, the unrighteous, but it’s people influenced by Satan that persecute God’s people. And so persecution can happen anytime, anywhere. It’s happening in China right now. So many of our brothers and sisters in that country are really going through it, and also in Iran and Pakistan and other places.
I don’t want to end on a dark note. You don’t have to get up every morning thinking about how you might be tortured to death today. I’m not saying that. But we need to be strong Christians and so firm in our faith and planted, that nothing can shake us; so that if we have to stare death in the face, we know that in the next instant we’re going to be with the Lord in eternity. What better place to be?
And so Jesus is our guide. There’s no reason to fear. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind.” Amen. Right. Amen. And so we rest our case with that. We believe in the Lord and He will bring us through one way or another. And He meant what He said. He is the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes unto the father except through Him. (John 14:6) And if we believe that, and we walk with Him repentantly, we’re alright. We’re taken care of. Amen!

Have You Trusted Jesus as Savior?
God loves mankind – his greatest creation. His perfect will is for all to be saved and none to be lost (John 3:15-18, 5:24). However, He makes clear that only those who have accepted (believed in) His divine Son, Jesus Christ, will be spared from the punishment of hell and will spend eternity with Him (Matthew 10:28 & II Peter 2:4-10).
If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you must believe that Jesus is who He says He is and that He paid the penalty for your sins with His death on a cross. Accept His free gift of eternal life which He can offer because He conquered death through His resurrection. Then, with the help of His Holy Spirit, turn from your old ways of living (repent) and follow Him. Take a moment and tell the Lord that you desire to receive Him into your life and ask His Holy Spirit to dwell inside of you and lead you into all truth.
Once you have settled this most important matter, be devoted in your relationship with the Lord. Spend time with Him by reading His Word (the Bible) and talking to Him (praying) daily. As you grow in His grace, He will direct you and open doors showing you how best to serve Him. With Jesus at the helm, your life and eternity are secure in His care. No situation or power of the enemy will be able to separate you from the love of Christ!
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?… No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
