By now every discerning Christian in America and abroad recognizes that evil forces are intentionally stirring up tensions and creating chaos all around us. Their purpose: To crash the current world order – which retains a semblance of a Judeo-Christian worldview – and replace it with a pagan earth-centered world order, intended to usher in a leader with the “answers” to the global problems which they themselves created. This is nothing less than an all-out satanic assault on humanity and our God-given liberties and inalienable rights. Many students of the Bible realize the lateness of the hour and are doing what they can to prepare their families for the times ahead while reaching as many with the Gospel as possible while they still have the freedom to do so. No question, these are stressful and increasingly dangerous times. It would be tempting to push the panic button were it not for the eternal hope we possess in Jesus Christ.
In our previous issue we focused heavily on global manipulations centered on the environment and how the climate change narrative is an integral part of the overall one-world agenda. In this article I would like to address a few related developments that are steering us toward the same end result. May this overview be used by the Lord to bring added discernment to His people.
US Political Upheaval
Most Americans, both Democrats and Republicans, were shocked at the guilty verdict of Donald Trump on all 34 counts. Some expected it, given the fact that the judge presiding over this case was a Leftist surrounded by a jury drawn from one of the most Leftist cities in the US. Given our country’s politically charged environment and the overt weaponization of the justice system, we should not have been surprised by the outcome. Now we await Trump’s sentencing, scheduled for July 11th. Will it be jail, or will it be some other form of punishment? At this point, nothing should surprise us.
The fact is progressive Socialists (Communists) with a globalist agenda are now in control of nearly every agency and branch of our Federal Government. They are intentionally flexing their muscles to demonstrate their power and that there is no going back…Rule by intimidation! Donald Trump has stood in their way and has dared to directly oppose them. So, to win – to defeat the pro-sovereignty conservative movement – they must make an example of this man and his family. The message: If a former US President and billionaire cannot win against us, what makes you think that you feeble “Deplorables” can defeat us?

The calculated risk being taken by establishment globalists is this: They are banking on a peace-loving Republican base to capitulate to their tyrannical regime without a forceful challenge. But if they are wrong, and if pro-freedom/pro-Constitution commoners resist the Leftist power grab in a significant organized fashion, I believe the Left is prepared to protect their power in a more militant way.
The closer we get to this fall’s election, the more dangerous the situation will become. If the globalist powers that be see Trump’s numbers continuing to rise despite their best efforts to hold him back, who knows what crisis (or crises) they might precipitate in order to declare Martial Law and rein in the public. If such a scenario unfolds and US citizens recognize this as their last opportunity to stand for freedom, and that they must choose between an anti-Christ tyranny or a Constitutional Republic built on a Judeo-Christian foundation, I believe many citizens – especially those with a military background – will fight.
Our nation is currently more divided than at any time since the Civil War. It wouldn’t take much to trigger a civil armed conflict. It almost seems as if the powers that be don’t mind if such a battle occurs. If their goal is to dismantle and take down the USA in order to remove us as an obstacle to their new world order, then they will welcome an internal conflict and may even fuel the fire. Meanwhile, our foreign adversaries are watching and waiting. If they ever attack the United States, it would probably come at our weakest moment – when we are divided and fighting within. They may seize such a time to try to finish us off.
If, on the other hand, the globalist Establishment chooses to roll the dice, allowing the November elections to take place – confident they can pull out a win – only to lose the House and Senate and the presidency to conservative/patriotic Republicans, they would find themselves in a real quandary. However, they would still hold the reins until January 2025 when the new Congress and President would be sworn in. Much could happen during those two months.
Unfortunately, the preceding is not an unrealistic analysis. Pray that the Lord would cause great confusion among our enemies, rendering them inept and ineffective in their plans and actions. Unless God intervenes, our nation could be heading into much darker times very soon. Will He intervene? He certainly can, and has done so before. My personal conviction is that He will only do so if our populace repents on a meaningful scale. This is what we must all push toward and fervently pray for.
Currently, a growing number of citizens are waking up. They are recognizing the extreme bias and manipulation within our justice system and the deceptive propaganda being spewed by the media and many religious and political leaders. This “awakening” is a step in the right direction, but will it lead to a true repentance and turning back to God? A measure of increased discernment alone will not move God’s heart. I am reminded of the often-quoted passage from 2 Chronicles 7:14.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. (emphasis mine)
May the Lord help us to take seriously His call to repentance. This could be our last chance as a nation.
On Other Fronts…
The 77th World Health Assembly convened in Geneva, Switzerland on May 27 – June 1. We’ve been following the lead up to this meeting for almost a year, as globalists were preparing – with help from the Biden administration – to grant the WHO unprecedented power over nations in the event of a declared health-related pandemic. Democrats in Congress have generally backed this plan, with Republicans generally opposing it. This Global Pandemic Agreement had been in the making for over two years, with the Biden administration being involved in crafting its wording and advising WHO officials on how to proceed. Realizing that he would likely receive pushback from conservative members of Congress, Biden, from the outset, has referred to the draft in progress as an “accord” or “agreement,” when in fact it is an international treaty. A treaty requires approval by two-thirds of the Senate, which Biden would be unlikely to obtain. By declaring it an “accord” he hopes to bypass Congressional approval. He has already made clear that he will approve and sign the document no matter what.
Early this spring, conservative political leaders finally began to recognize the dangerous ramifications of this treaty. This resulted in a joint letter from 24 US governors condemning the treaty negotiations being conducted by the Biden administration. They opposed the plan because, if ratified, it would grant to the World Health Organization (WHO) “unprecedented and unconstitutional powers over the United States and its people.” In their letter of March 22, the governors stated that they “stand united in opposition to two proposed instruments” being negotiated – namely the WHO Pandemic Agreement and the amendments to the existing International Health Regulations (IHRs) – which if approved would centralize global authority within the WHO if it declares a “health emergency.”1
The governors wrote,
The objective of these instruments is to empower the WHO, particularly its uncontrollable Director-General, with the authority to restrict the rights of U.S. citizens, including freedoms such as speech, privacy, travel, choice of medical care, and informed consent, thus violating our Constitution’s core principles…If adopted, these agreements would seek to elevate the WHO from an advisory body to a global authority in public health.
In case you are wondering which governors stood up to the WHO and Joe Biden on these matters, here is a list of the states whose governors signed the letter:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
If your state isn’t on this list, your governor is complicit in supporting the WHO’s authoritarian agenda.
This letter from the governors created positive momentum in calling attention to the WHO’s scheme and Biden’s involvement in it. On May 1, all 49 Republican senators signed a letter to Joe Biden urging him either not to sign the pandemic treaty, or if he does, to submit it to the Senate for approval, as required by the Constitution. Among other things, the letter stated, “We are deeply concerned that your administration continues to support these initiatives and strongly urge you to change course.”2
This was followed by a May 8th letter from attorneys general in 22 states urging Biden not to sign the WHO agreements. The letter also stated that they will resist any efforts by the WHO to set public health policy in their states. Many Americans don’t realize that the authority to deal with health issues rests largely in the domain of States – outside the grasp of the Federal Government. The Biden administration, in collaboration with the WHO, is seeking to change that. The letter from the attorneys general was to the point, warning,
Ultimately, the goal of these instruments isn’t to protect public health…It’s to cede authority to the WHO – specifically its director-general – to restrict our citizens’ rights to freedom of speech, privacy, movement (especially travel across borders), and informed consent.3
The battle being waged over health/pandemic matters has pitted the States against a corrupt and power hungry Federal Government which is in cahoots with the United Nations and its subsidiary, the WHO. A growing number of states, I believe, will consider laws declaring that they will not obey WHO directives, regardless of what the Federal Government mandates. Florida, for example, recently passed such a law.
Some more good news. As a result of opposition from US citizens and their state leaders, together with a growing number of concerned groups from other nations, the WHO was forced to modify some of the wording in the treaty and postpone the vote. Tens of thousands of concerned citizens from around the world turned out in Geneva to protest the Assembly’s meetings. It was quite a sight. The 77th World Health Assembly
The results of the 77th World Health Assembly represent at least a temporary victory for the people of the world. According to Dr. Meryl Nass who covered the proceedings in Geneva and posted the results at the above site, there is some reason to celebrate. Here is a brief summary:
The Pandemic Treaty was postponed. Amendments to the International Health Regulations were adopted, and remain non-binding…The Pandemic Treaty will continue to be negotiated, and they will aim to finalize it by the end of 2024 or [at the] World Health Assembly 78 in 2025. Costa Rica and Slovakia offered interventions that “disassociated” their countries with the amendments.4

The World Health Assembly essentially took two steps forward and one step back. The Assembly’s purpose was to strengthen the WHO; something it accomplished through the amendments, but only in a limited way as they remain non-binding. Overall, these meetings failed to accomplish the WHO’s principal goal – full authority to enforce its mandates globally during a health-related emergency. Moving forward, being aware that this battle is not over, here are a few details to be cognizant of:
● The Biden administration put forth 13 of the most important IHR amendments to facilitate the strengthening of the WHO. They essentially started this process. Biden’s inner circle is “in deep” with the WHO.
● 194 Nations (almost every country in the world) are currently party to the WHO.
● The WHO has full immunity rights and can’t be taken to court, meaning there is no way to prosecute WHO officials for wrongdoing under international law.
● The WHO is a subagency of the United Nations.
This last point is particularly relevant. Here’s why. The UN General Assembly is convening a special session on September 22-23, which they have dubbed the “Summit of the Future.” At that time the UN will seek to ratify a “Pact for the Future” which would give its Secretary-General emergency (dictatorial) powers on an international scale in the event of a global crisis.
If the UN is able to ratify this Pact and gain these unprecedented powers, it could well argue that its mandates can be enforced through the WHO since that agency operates under the auspices of the UN. If the United Nations indeed has jurisdiction over the World Health Organization, it could do whatever it wants during an international crisis – if the Pact for the Future is ratified. Such deliberate action by a corrupt anti-America and anti-Israel UN would render the recent partial victory over the WHO meaningless and would represent an end run around our national sovereignty.
This is one of many reasons why the United States and other countries should withdraw their membership from the United Nations and its subagency, the World Health Organization. This is the only sensible action to take if the free nations of the world wish to remain free and independent of a draconian world government regime.
The expansion of foreign wars represents another threat to our current world order. If the most powerful globalists determine they need a larger crisis in order to push their agenda over the top, they may trigger a third world war, combined with a financial collapse. Events are already moving in that direction.
In late May, the Biden administration began shipping weapons to Ukraine for use inside of Russia. This is a new, more dangerous line being crossed in a war that never should have been. Putin is certain to counter Biden’s offensive measures with military actions of his own. This war is poised to escalate in the months ahead and could directly impact the US.
Meanwhile, Israel’s efforts to root out Hamas in Gaza drag on. Israel’s military faces an almost impossible task – rescuing hostages and killing Hamas fighters while limiting civilian casualties. At the same time Hezbollah has increased its attacks on Israel from the north, daring Israel to respond. Hezbollah’s leaders in Lebanon and Syria have been emboldened, thanks to the Biden administration’s not so subtle pressure on Israel. And, international protests against Israel and Jews in general are continuing to increase. Things are reaching a boiling point.
I recently returned from meetings in Basel, Switzerland where our Ebenezer board was briefed on developments in France. Jewish citizens can no longer safely walk the streets in many French cities where Islamic radicals and indoctrinated French civilians are assaulting Jews – verbally and physically. As a result, increasing numbers of French Jews are making Aliyah to Israel. They feel safer being in Israel in the midst of a war than remaining in France where they are being constantly harassed and pursued.
The situation in France and surrounding nations has become so serious that the European Jewish Association held an emergency summit on June 3rd in Amsterdam. At the meeting, Rabbi Menachem Margolin (head of the EJA) called on Israel to prepare for a mass influx of immigrants because of Jew-hatred skyrocketing across the continent. In his opening address at the summit he remarked,
Prime Minister Netanyahu, we are not there yet but be ready. Get your government agencies ready. Because if European governments carry on as they have so far, if they continue to tolerate this flood of Jew-hatred, they can expect hundreds and thousands of us to leave.5

Here at home the anti-Israel/pro-Hamas protests continue…more than 1,500 have taken place in the US since October 7th. Fueled and funded with large sums of money coming from major foundations – including the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the George Soros foundations, and a host of other groups dedicated to creating division and chaos – there is no end in sight. To the best of my knowledge our FBI and CIA have done nothing to shut down these organizations which are funding violence toward Jews and supporting the overall demise of America.
While the Jewish people are feeling the heat in countries where they have long felt comfortable and secure, Israel itself continues to face stepped up pressure from its adversaries. Iran, the chief funder and supplier of Hamas and Hezbollah, now possesses over 300 pounds of enriched weapons-grade uranium; up from just 45 pounds in February. They are very close to producing a nuclear bomb, if they don’t already have one.
Syria has become Iran’s staging ground. Iran moved ten of its top generals into Syria last November. The mass media was finally forced to admit the presence of Iranian generals when Israel killed two of them in April, when one of their missiles struck an Iranian compound in Damascus. The fact is Israel will have to contend in a more serious way with both Syria and Iran to have any chance of defeating Hamas and Hezbollah. Meanwhile, China continues to ramp up its threats against Taiwan, causing greater instability in that part of the world.
Given the international disarray on so many fronts, the chances of a major global crisis occurring soon are high and growing. This is reality. We cannot deny it. But even more real is the fact that we are immensely loved by a Savior who came to die in our place so that we might not perish, but instead experience eternal life (John 3:16). Jesus truly is the only hope for this fallen world; He is the only hope for each of us. When things around us seem to be spinning out of control, keep trusting in the one who holds eternity – including our personal future – in His hands. Don’t stop believing in, and living for, Jesus Christ! ■

Have You Trusted Jesus as Savior?
God loves mankind – his greatest creation. His perfect will is for all to be saved and none to be lost (John 3:15-18, 5:24). However, He makes clear that only those who have accepted (believed in) His divine Son, Jesus Christ, will be spared from the punishment of hell and will spend eternity with Him (Matthew 10:28 & II Peter 2:4-10).
If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you must believe that Jesus is who He says He is and that He paid the penalty for your sins with His death on a cross. Accept His free gift of eternal life which He can offer because He conquered death through His resurrection. Then, with the help of His Holy Spirit, turn from your old ways of living (repent) and follow Him. Take a moment and tell the Lord that you desire to receive Him into your life and ask His Holy Spirit to dwell inside of you and lead you into all truth.
Once you have settled this most important matter, be devoted in your relationship with the Lord. Spend time with Him by reading His Word (the Bible) and talking to Him (praying) daily. As you grow in His grace, He will direct you and open doors showing you how best to serve Him. With Jesus at the helm, your life and eternity are secure in His care. No situation or power of the enemy will be able to separate you from the love of Christ!
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?… No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
