Dear Friends,
Four weeks have passed since the horrendous massacre of innocent civilians in Israel. I have followed the unfolding war closely and have been in direct contact with a well-informed friend in Jerusalem whose son serves in the IDF and was involved in recovering the bodies of slaughtered men, women and children from the October 7 attack. The carnage was beyond gruesome. Only people with a seared conscience who are completely given over to satanic influence can carry out such atrocities.
If Israel doesn’t rid Gaza of Hamas, these kinds of coordinated terrorist attacks on Israelis will happen again and again. Israel must deal with Hamas!
Hamas however isn’t acting alone. I believe they were moved by more powerful behind-the-scenes forces to do what they did…in an attempt to trigger World War III. A very powerful and well-funded secret society known as the Muslim Brotherhood founded Hamas and continues to dominate and steer this and several other Mideast terror groups, including the Islamic Jihad and to a degree Hezbollah. “The Brotherhood” nearly took control of all Egypt during the Arab Spring, but Egypt – to its credit – cracked down on its leaders, forcing them out of the country. Ever since, The Brotherhood, which was allied with Adolf Hitler in the 1930s and 40s, has been overseeing its efforts from Turkey which is its new home. Turkey’s president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is a supporter, and some believe an actual member of The Brotherhood. This ruthless society of terror is also closely allied with Iran and has a presence in Qatar.
Unfortunately it doesn’t appear that the situation is going to de-escalate. Iran, which is Hamas’ biggest funder, recently positioned ten of its top Generals inside Syria where they can be more “hands on” in coordinating the war effort. Unless there is divine intervention soon, Israel may find itself in a multi-front war. Hezbollah and Syria are prepared, with hundreds of thousands of precision-guided rockets and missiles aimed at Israel. These are much more advanced than those used by Hamas. If these weapons are launched en mass, the loss of civilian life in Israel will be far greater than in any previous war. Since the weapons are flowing from Iran through Syria to the various terror proxy groups, Israel would have to launch an all-out assault on Syria if they are to have any chance of stopping the assault. Because of this, I can’t help but wonder if this may be the war that fulfills the prophecy of Isaiah 17:1 concerning the destruction of Damascus. A prophecy against Damascus: “See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins.”
Regardless of what may or may not happen to Damascus, the potential damage inflicted on Israel this time around could be catastrophic. Military and civilian casualties will be in the thousands if Hezbollah and Syria join Hamas in an all-out assault of Israel. I fear that some of Israel’s military leaders are overconfident in their capabilities and may be underestimating the resolve of the forces they are up against. Bear in mind that Russia also has a presence in Syria; the two countries have been close allies for decades.
Some of my Jewish Christian friends believe that this war may lead to the “Time of Jacob’s Trouble” (Jeremiah 30:7), the final persecution of Jews before they seriously turn to Messiah in repentance. While some Bible scholars believe that Jacob’s Trouble has already been fulfilled through previous wars/afflictions, many others – including some in Israel – believe this time of persecution is yet to come. Still others believe that the current conflict will become the war described in Psalm 83 or Ezekiel 38-39, with a victorious Israel expanding its borders as a result. The fact is, it is simply too early to know which of these prophecies might be fulfilled through this war. Only time will tell.
Regardless, the purpose of the evil forces behind the terror groups, I believe, is to produce such fear and upheaval that people worldwide will finally embrace a global system that promises to deliver peace and security. This plan has been in the making for many years. The terrorists are merely setting the stage for the Antichrist and his system of world control.
America may be next. Thanks to the Biden administration’s open border policies, more than 70,000 individuals have come into the US from 12 countries that have supported terrorism in the past (Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, etc.). It would be naïve to think that all of these people have entered the US with good intentions.
The US and Israel have been the most resistant nations to the New World Order. They have historically been fiercely independent and willing to defend their national sovereignty – Israel, because it is a place of refuge for Jews, and the US, as it is composed largely of immigrants/refugees who have fled persecution elsewhere. Both nations have served as safe havens for freedom-loving people. Because of this, new world order globalists will attempt to take down both nations through whatever means necessary, as they stand in their way. We are witnessing this strategy unfold.
In our last few quarterly issues, we have urged our people to prepare because difficult times are coming. Hopefully you have acted on this by now. I have always believed that our adversaries are likely to attempt their next attack on the US during our cold weather months, as this would inflict maximum damage and suffering. We must be ready in case such a scenario becomes reality.
I will attempt, with God’s help, to present a more comprehensive assessment of Israel’s dilemma and the growing threat to the US in our Winter issue. But I wanted to touch base with our readers at this time before matters escalate any further. Please pray for us as we continue to receive pertinent info from multiple overseas and domestic sources, which we must constantly evaluate and analyze using Holy Spirit-led discernment.
Keep believing and trusting in Jesus. He is our Rock and Shield and helps us to see with clarity the deceptive moves and traps of our enemy, Satan, in times like these.
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. – Ephesians 6:10-13
