For the past eighteen months we’ve been closely following developments at the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the drafting and proposed implementation of an international pandemic treaty. We first warned our readers about this devious undertaking last June, providing a summary of the organization’s plans in our Summer 2022 article “Brace Yourselves!” Unfortunately, this globalist “health” agenda has made remarkable progress since then, receiving endorsements from many of the world’s leaders, including Joe Biden.
To move things along, the 76th World Health Assembly convened in Geneva, Switzerland last month (May 21-30). The goal is to get the completed document voted on and implemented in May of 2024 at their next Assembly. The WHO is expecting all of its member states to ratify the treaty at that time. If signed by Biden and the other world leaders, it would give the WHO – which operates under the auspices of the United Nations – exclusive authority in the event of a pandemic to impose quarantines, lockdowns, obligatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports upon the people.
In response to this attempted global power grab Mislav Kolakusic, a Member of the European Parliament for Croatia, publicly declared the World Health Organization a terrorist organization. At a press conference together with Dr. Robert Malone and other seriously concerned professionals, Kolakusic voiced his firm opposition to the WHO’s agenda:
I would like to briefly make the people aware of the upcoming danger for humanity. The World Health Organization wants all countries to sign an agreement on handing over the authority to declare a pandemic, procure vaccines, and drugs. It will be healthier and safer for humanity to sign an agreement with the Colombian drug cartel. They know all about drugs for sure.1
According to thegatewaypundit.com which covered Kolakusic’s statements,
The Croatian parliamentarian went on to accuse the WHO of disseminating lies throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. He said that the Chinese-backed organization had misled the public by initially declaring the virus as new and unknown, falsely asserting the efficacy of vaccines, and making misleading statements about their ability to protect against serious illness and death.
None of this deception should have come as a surprise given the fact that the WHO’s Head, Tedros Ghebreyesus, was a Marxist revolutionary leader in Ethiopia where he was responsible for massive upheaval and mayhem. He was rewarded by the UN, being made Director General of the WHO. Socialists reward and promote other socialists!
Please understand, this pandemic document, if approved, will give the WHO the power to declare and “manage” a global pandemic emergency. “Once a health emergency is declared every signatory, including the United States, must submit to the authority of the WHO. This includes caving to them on treatments, lockdowns and vaccine mandates along with government surveillance.”2
Reflecting on this potential reality in his article “Why is the U.S. Relinquishing National Sovereignty to a Globalist Dictatorship?”, Jim Garlow of Well Versed ministry writes,
“But,” you say, “this cannot happen without the consent of our Congress, right?” Wrong. It is happening now. “But wait,” you say, “only the Senate can approve a treaty, right?” Yes, but Biden has done a run-around, not calling it a “treaty,” but calling it an “accord.” However, it is still binding [because the US is a signatory member of the WHO].3
Unbeknownst to the public, the Biden administration has been covertly involved in assisting the WHO to clear any remaining hurdles it faces. For example, Biden’s Health and Human Services Department secretly submitted proposed amendments “Strengthen WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies” to the WHO in order to reform International Health Regulations of 2005, an existing health treaty.4 In fact, negotiations between HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and Tedros Ghebreyesus “spawned what is called a ‘zero draft’ of a pandemic treaty.” It is this draft, first published on February 1, that – subject to changes – will be up for ratification by the 194 WHO member states.5 In other words, this “accord” already has the backing of the current US administration.
What, if anything, can we do about these developments? First, we must be informed. Former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann was present – on location – at the World Health Assembly in Geneva, and was able to provide a “play by play” of what took place at that meeting. I have the highest regard for Michele and strongly urge you to view her two video reports online:

Second, contact your Member of the House of Representatives (https://www.house.gov/representatives) and your two Senators (dial 202-22 – and then the numbers on the following chart: (https://www.senate.gov/general/resources/pdf/senators_phone_list.pdf ) and tell them to keep the US out of the World Health Organization’s pandemic accord. In order to do this, the US may need to withdraw its membership from the WHO. In fact, this would be the best outcome. Given the WHO’s nefarious plans and manipulations, we should have no further dealings with this organization. Ask the Congresspersons to let the Biden administration know that the American people do not want to surrender our sovereignty to any organization outside our country.
Third, quickly pass this information on to as many fellow citizens as possible and urge them to do the same. Time is of the essence!
The Economic Impetus
The WHO, in close collaboration with the World Economic Forum and its climate change elite, and with the backing of the most influential global banking/financial institutions, is literally forming a dictatorial world government under our noses. They are doing so with very little resistance. All that needs to happen for them to successfully implement their agenda is for the circumstances to be made “just right” for introducing the “new way of doing things” to the public. In order for people to embrace the global socialist agenda as something that is necessary, the conditions surrounding our daily lives must be manipulated to where we will accept drastic changes rather than face the seemingly worse alternatives. This conditioning is underway.
The WHO is planning a simulation exercise this fall to make sure that when the next health crisis occurs, they will be able to move quickly to shut things down and force their agenda upon us. Any additional simultaneously occurring crises would serve to further facilitate their push into a new world order.
Moving in tandem with the WHO is a global economic agenda. Barring a miracle, the United States – and most other countries – will soon be switching to electronic (cashless) currency systems. Here in the US, a central bank digital currency (CBDC) might well become a reality during the Biden administration. The final piece for such a digital system will be in place by the end of July. The FedNow program, as it has been named, will provide the necessary electronic infrastructure to accommodate every individual in the US to conduct all financial transactions without the use of physical cash. Once this new system is fully activated (which could be anytime after July), it will enable the powers that be to track our every expenditure and move, representing a complete loss of personal privacy. It will be a form of enslavement, with the ruling government and central bank being able to micro-manage our lives, rewarding or punishing us based upon our adherence to their ESG standards which will be closely tracked and evaluated through a social credit score system similar to that of China’s.
If you use more than your allotted amount of gasoline or electricity, you will be penalized in the name of saving the environment. If you refuse the next pandemic vaccine, you will be in direct defiance of the WHO’s mandates and will be viewed as being a threat to the health of other people and the planet as a whole. You will be financially penalized…or worse. Under the new system that globalists want to thrust upon us, they would be able to turn off the financial spicket whenever they choose, if we don’t comply with their mandates.

Nick traces the Nigerian government’s forced introduction of their eNaira digital currency. It is a real eye-opener and may be indicative of how CBDCs will be rolled out elsewhere. Nigeria is the trial balloon that central banks are using in order to adjust their tactics in other countries.
The US presents a unique challenge for global planners, as we have a history of being a fiercely independent and freedom loving people. Because of this, globalists may take more unorthodox measures to get the job done here. Exactly how they introduce the CBDC and move us into a cashless system remains to be seen. Will it involve a gradual rollout where private institutions first offer special incentives to get citizens to switch over, or will it be a sudden forceful implementation using draconian measures from the get-go?
The authorities may tolerate the use of some physical cash for a time in order not to upset the applecart, while gradually phasing it out. Or, they may move swiftly and harshly so that a suspicious citizenry doesn’t have time to react. The latter scenario, it seems, would require a major economic crisis in order to justify (make an effective appeal to the public for) the sudden overhaul of the current financial system. Such a crisis would likely lead to a further, more drastic devaluation of the US dollar, which is already in jeopardy of losing its reserve currency status. The ramifications for the US and the rest of the world, in terms of global leadership and influence, would be huge. Among other things, the cost of living for Americans and our closest allies – whose currencies are pegged to the Dollar – would soar.
Now is the time to prayerfully assess your personal financial situation. Act in accordance with God’s leading, as every person’s situation is different. Generally speaking, we should strive to be in a position of least dependency upon the government. Bartering vital goods and services with trusted friends and neighbors will be key. When difficult times come, I believe the Lord will work amazing feats through the creativity He instills in His kids. But, we must be in tune with His Spirit to move and act accordingly.
A Global War?
Another incentive for the acceptance of a new order is the hunger for world peace. By stoking the flames of war, globalists seek to manipulate public thinking to the point where humans will accept any new system that promises peace. If the world was already in a state of relative peace there would be no reason for people to accept radical change since everything would be fine as it is. Thus, from the viewpoint of global planners (deceivers) this must change. The threat of world war and the possibility of human extinction must be etched into the human psyche. A military crisis of staggering proportions must be created in order to push their one world agenda over the top.
Toward this end the war between Russia and Ukraine is being dragged out, with military and civilian casualties now in the tens of thousands. The WEF and its puppets continue to fuel an escalation of this humanitarian crisis, with the Biden administration providing over 60 percent of Ukraine’s military support, including an increasing number of American soldiers. Little by little the United States is being drawn into what could easily become World War III. Meanwhile, our own defensive resources are being depleted at an alarming rate because so much of what we have left is being shipped to the European theater. As things stand, the US would be hard pressed to fight a sustained war for more than a few weeks if attacked on the home front. Is this part of the plan – to deplete the US of its defensive weapons and ammunition?
As one who has been to Ukraine and whose publisher to the Slavic nations (including Russia) is headquartered in Kiev, I have many friends in that country. My heart aches for them and what they are going through, all because of an unnecessary and avoidable conflict that was intentionally set in motion to serve the purposes of a globalist elite.
While the Russia/Ukraine conflict continues with no end in sight, tensions in the Middle East are mounting. Iran is now believed to have enough fissile material for a nuclear bomb and is most likely in the technical process of trying to mount such a bomb on its missiles. This ability to achieve nuclear capability is largely the result of weak US policies toward Iran which have enabled that country’s militant leaders to get to this point. I personally believe this has been by design in order to force Israel’s back to the wall and set the stage for a larger conflict.
Israel is now in a position where it has to make some very difficult military decisions. In fact, Israel’s top defense officials have held a series of strategic meetings in recent days, probably deciding on how to deal with Iran. Iran has repeatedly threatened to wipe Israel off the map and not only is close to nuclear war capability, but has already supplied Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad with thousands of advanced rockets and missiles. They are in place, aimed at Israel. To make matters worse, Iranian and Russian soldiers and technical advisors are on the ground in Syria. Israel is surrounded on all sides except for the south.
Here is Israel’s dilemma: Does it launch a preemptive strike in order to have a military advantage but in so doing provoke the hatred of the world against it? Or, does it wait to respond until after being attacked, thereby losing its advantage but hoping to keep at least some global sentiment on its side? My view is that Israel will be hated worldwide no matter when and how it responds, so it would be to Israel’s advantage to make a preemptive move sooner rather than later. But regardless of how this looming battle unfolds, the potential exists for many more Israeli casualties than in previous wars. Thankfully nothing on a large scale has happened yet, but without divine intervention the Mideast could soon erupt.
Once such a war begins, the possibility of a nuclear exchange would be very real. Damascus, which has become a staging ground and command center for Iran and Russia, would be a likely target for Israel. This brings to mind a yet-to-be fulfilled prophecy from Isaiah chapter 17.
An oracle concerning Damascus. “See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins.” —Isaiah 17:1
As things stand, Syria’s capital is the oldest continuously inhabited major city in the world. But that could quickly change. The Bible doesn’t lie. This prophecy will be fulfilled.
Whatever happens militarily in the Middle East, it would likely also engage Russia because of its presence in Syria. Thus, the war in Ukraine and the war in the Mideast could merge to become one expansive war. (And, China might seize such an opportunity to invade Taiwan, drawing in the Pacific region as well.) If this were to happen, Israel would undoubtedly be blamed for the bloodshed by the international media and Marxist political establishment. Hatred for Israel and the Jewish people would reach new levels and serious persecution would result, not only for Jews, but for those who help them (primarily Bible-believing Christians). Once such a war begins things could unfold rapidly, so we need to be spiritually prepared to stand strong for the Lord and do what is right according to Him.
In the chaos surrounding such terrible events, global planners would be certain to take advantage of the situation to accomplish their bigger purpose – the implementation of a world government system to rule over mankind… All in the name of world peace and replacing a broken system that they intentionally ruined!
Theirs is a demonic pursuit. Their master is the father of lies. At its core this is a spiritual battle between good and evil – God and Satan – being played out in the physical realm.
Final Thoughts
The increasing media attention being given to UFO/extraterrestrial phenomena will undoubtedly also factor into efforts to usher in the demonic new world order. The fact that extraterrestrial activity is ramping up – along with its media coverage – is not a coincidence. Whatever sightings are not of earthly human origin, such as covert military operations, are of demonic origin and are apt to manifest in a more visible/tangible way at a strategic moment in furtherance of the satanic endtimes agenda. Unless we are firmly grounded in God’s Word and are walking closely with the Lord we will be overwhelmed by the magnitude of the coming deception. We’ve been forewarned about these times and events in 2 Thessalonians 2, Revelation 13 and 14, Matthew 24 and other passages. It is never God’s intent that we be caught off-guard.
Fortunately, the same Bible that gives us these warnings also offers us incredible hope. We know that when Jesus returns, He will overthrow Satan’s world order and establish His millennial reign of peace on Earth. The events leading up to and including His return as Messiah are recorded in Zechariah 14:1-11; Joel 3:1-21; Revelation 19:11-21, 20:1-6 and Matthew 24:30-35, along with other passages. The apostle Paul in his writings describes this history-climaxing event in 2 Thessalonians 2:8.
And then the lawless one [the Antichrist] will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.
So, we can rest assured that God will win and all who remain faithful to Jesus will receive their reward. We will be with Him for all eternity. This is our great hope as believers. Between now and then, however, things are going to become difficult, so we must continue to stand firm in the faith, never succumbing to the lies and perversions of our enemy.
If you have never trusted Jesus as your Savior, I urge you to do so now. Devote the rest of your life to the only one who can rescue you from the eternal consequences of your sin and secure your eternity with Him.
